We will not share your details with any 3rd parties and will use your details only to communicate with you directly in relation to our services.
Samples are provided free of charge for a 14-day evaluation. Any samples not returned in the condition they were sent within 14 days will be charged at the website price plus GST.
Each item has a minimum order quantity specified, please adhere to these MOQ’s when ordering or enquiring.
Our default payment terms are 7 days from delivery of the order or we may require payment on order of goods. If an account application is completed and approved we accept payment on 20th of the following month. Indent orders may require a deposit in advance. Goods remain the property of Net Promotions Ltd until they are paid for in full. Payment methods are provided on our invoices.
Website pricing excludes GST, branding (unless otherwise stated in the product description) and freight. We offer discounts on bulk orders, once quantity and branding requirements are provided by the customer a final quotation will be provided by return email including branding.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives damaged or is in some way faulty or does not match items and branding as per your order please advise us within 7 days and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
